A fine and characteristic example of the Betts workshop, this cello shows the hand of Bernard Simon Fendt Senior. In excellent condition, the cello has an exceptionally rich, broad and satisfying tone and quick response. The varnish is a very beautiful red brown. Certificate from J & A Beare 2002.
