Robin’s latest copy of his classic Guadagnini model. Along with the speed of response and ease of playing which are so characteristic of Guadagnini’s work, we are delighted by the rich tonal palette and bass response which this cello offers the player. The small size of this cello does not mean a small sound. It surprises with its ability to project and generously fill large acoustic spaces and recently received strong approval from an orchestra cello section testing it in the Royal Albert Hall.
